A report from the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction which examines the groups of young people considered to be particularly vulnerable to drug use. The report acknowledges that, rather than addressing drug use itself, interventions should tackle simple vulnerability factors for drug problems such as academic performance, effective parenting and coping mechanisms.
